Leave it to Mercedes Benz to turn the Hybrid world upside down by becoming the first automaker to put a next generation lithium-ion battery into a production hybrid. The only draw back, the cars $87,950 price tag. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,562261,00.html
Nice, but it cost $87k and when the lithium-ion battery goes out it is going to cost you between $8k - $10 to replace it. It’s also small about the size of a regular car battery…….and you though we had a problem with people stealing catalytic converters.
